Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- 5 oz
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- stalks celery, diced - 2 item
- small jar diced pimento - 1 item
- small can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Drain and combine first 5 ingredients. Add diced vegetables. Combine sugar, oil and vinegar; pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Stir well before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
