Ingredients/Components
- Italian salad dressing - 1 c
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 8 oz
- bunch broccoli small flowerets only - 1 item
- can pitted ripe olives, drained - 1 oz
- jar stuffed green olives, drained - 1 oz
- tiny cherry tomatoes whole - 1 pt
- head cauliflower small flowerets - 1 item
How to make marinated salad:
Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Toss occasionally. Makes 3 to 4 quarts. Good for large gatherings.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Condiments, etc., Salads.
