Marinated flank steak
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- sherry - 1 c
- rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- round or flank steak
How to make marinated flank steak:
Blend all the ingredients, except the steak. Pour mixture over the steak and let marinate for 4 or 5 hours. Turn occasionally. Grill over a high flame for about 10 minutes, turning once.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
