Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- honey - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- balsamic vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- flank steak - 1 item
How to make marinated flank steak:
Mix together first 7 ingredients. Place in a large Ziploc bag. Add flank steak and marinate for 12 hours. Remove steak from marinade and place on hot grill. Cook until desired doneness. Slice very thin. Place on a bed of wild rice with grilled vegetables to the side. Enjoy! Serves 4.Cal-377, CHO-11, Pro-18, Fat-28.
