Ingredients/Components
- salad oil
- soy sauce - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- dried parsley
- garlic powder - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
How to make marinade for flank steak:
Blend all ingredients. Pour over scored flank steaks day or two before serving. Turn occasionally. Cook over hot charcoal. Slice into thin diagonal strips. Marinade may be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Beef, Marinades and rubs.
