- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- manicotti shells - 1 pkg
- Ragu sauce
How to make manicotti:
Cook shells; rinse. Cook ground beef with garlic salt. Drain. Mix ground beef, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and 1/2 of Ragu in a large bowl. Stuff shells and put in a large glass dish; pour the rest of Ragu over top. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, covered, and then 15 more minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Pasta, Beef, Manicotti.
