Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- medium Cool Whip - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding mix
- Mandarin oranges - 2 cans
- juice of 1 can Mandarin oranges
- Pineapple Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple including juice
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Pineapple Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple (including juice)1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix1 medium Cool Whip Cake: Mix all ingredients together and pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Frosting: Mix all ingredients together and frost cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
