  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1/2 c
  • medium Cool Whip - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • can Mandarin oranges do not drain - 11 oz
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°

How to make mandarin orange cake:

Mix and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.Topping:1 small box instant vanilla pudding1 medium Cool Whip1 small can crushed pineapple, drained Mix all these ingredients together. Add coconut or nuts, if desired. Spread on cooled cake.
