Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- water - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- rum flavoring - 1 tsp
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
- Mix for 2 minutes
How to make rum cake:
Put cake mix in bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes. Grease and flour Bundt or ring cake pan. Chopped nuts or cherries may be put in bottom of pan or mixed in batter. Pour into pan and bake at 325° for 60 minutes.Hot Rum Glaze:1/4 c. water1/2 stick margarine1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. rum flavoring Combine and cook approximately 10 minutes. Pour Hot Rum Glaze over cake.
