- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- eggs - 4 item
- can mandarin orange slices - 1 item
- container Cool Whip
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Frosting:1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip1 can crushed pineapple, drained2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding Drain the mandarin orange slices; reserve the liquid and set slices aside. Combine the cake mix, eggs and the reserved liquid; mix well. Fold in the orange slices. Pour into greased and floured cake pans (3 or 4) and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let cakes cool completely.Combine all frosting ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended. Proceed to frost the cooled cakes.
