- oil - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant vanilla pudding
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip - 8 oz
- can undrained Mandarin oranges - 1 item
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Topping:1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 small can crushed pineapple8 oz. carton Cool Whip Beat together in mixing bowl the cake mix, oil, eggs and Mandarin oranges. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely.Mix pudding and crushed pineapple together. Let stand for 2 minutes. Fold into Cool Whip.
