  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • medium size can fruit cocktail - 1 item

How to make fruit cocktail cake:

Mix dry ingredients and then add eggs and fruit cocktail. Mix well and pour into pan. Mix together 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup nuts. Sprinkle on top of cake and bake 1 hour at 325°.
