Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- white sugar - 2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- medium size can fruit cocktail - 1 item
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix dry ingredients and then add eggs and fruit cocktail. Mix well and pour into pan. Mix together 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup nuts. Sprinkle on top of cake and bake 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
