  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • to 5 large sliced apples - 4 item

How to make raw apple cake:

Mix eggs, oil and sugar together. Add baking powder, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour, mixing well. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
