Mall style cinnamon rolls
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar
- raisins - 1/2 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- each loaves frozen bread dough - 3 (1
How to make mall style cinnamon rolls:
Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. milk Let frozen bread dough thaw and rise until double. Punch down dough and pat loaves together. Roll out dough to a 16 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread top of dough with all but 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle sugars, cinnamon, nuts and raisins evenly over dough. With back of spoon, gently pat sugars into dough. With long side of dough, roll up jelly-roll fashion, pulling the dough towards you as you roll up. Cut into 9 even slices. Place slices into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Let rise until rolls are puffy and fill entire pan; in a warm area. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Brush rolls with remaining melted butter. Let rolls cool in pan.
