Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- mild Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- macaroni, cooked in a little salted water - 1 c
How to make macaroni cheese:
Drain macaroni. Combine with eggs, cheese and milk. Put in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish sprayed with Pam. Cook in oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not cook on real high heat. If you do, the macaroni will boil and not be as good.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
