Macaroni casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- crushed potato chips - 1/4 c
- uncooked macaroni - 1 c
- grated cheese Cheddar - 1 c
- jar sliced pimento, drained - 2 oz
- can New England clam chowder - 1 item
How to make macaroni casserole:
Mix all ingredients but potato chips in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Stir and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle on chips and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 2 to 3.Recipe categories: For large groups, Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
