Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- hot water - 3 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- uncooked elbow macaroni
- 10 oz - 2 c
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Combine macaroni and water in 9 inch microproof baking dish. Double-wrap tightly with plastic wrap and cook on HI for 9-10 minutes or until macaroni is cooked but still is firm. Pour off any remaining water. Stir in cheese, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on HI for 6 minutes. Stirring once. 4 servings.
