- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- macaroni - 6 oz
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni in salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter and add flour until well blended and smooth. Add milk gradually, constantly stirring until mixture boils. Add salt and pepper; cook for 3 minutes. Stir in grated cheese and add the macaroni. Serve.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
