Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- 8 oz - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- jar diced pimento, drained - 1 oz
- jar sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- sea shell macaroni - 1 pkg
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Melt butter in small skillet; add onion and pimento. Saute until onion is tender. Combine macaroni, onion, mixture and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon in lightly buttered casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
