Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 7 oz
- small curd cottage cheese - 16 oz
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Cook, wash and drain macaroni; cool. Mix all ingredients together and pour evenly into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle paprika on top and bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
