Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 3/4 lb
- can peeled tomatoes - 1 oz
- can tomato sauce optional - 6 oz
- onion, sauteed optional - 1/2 item
How to make macaroni and beef:
Brown ground meat in a little oil. Strain the tomatoes and add a little oil to the pulp. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer about 40 minutes. Boil elbow macaroni as per directions and add to sauce and mix.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Elbow macaroni.
