- skim milk - 1 Tbsp
- plain nonfat yogurt - 2 Tbsp
- potatoes - 1 item
- green onion slices - 1 item
How to make low-fat twice baked potatoes:
For Each Potato:3 Tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese1 Tbsp. skim milk2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt salt pepper green onion slices paprika Bake potatoes as usual. When cooked, cut off top of potato and scoop out center. Mix cottage cheese and milk in blender until smooth. In bowl, mix potato centers, cheese mixture, yogurt, salt and pepper.Place filling back in potato shells. Top with green onion slices and paprika. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Has .66 g of fat per potato.
