Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- cans minced clams - 3 1/2
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- garlic cloves, minced - 3 item
How to make linguine with white clam sauce:
Cook pasta and drain. Meanwhile, lightly brown garlic in hot oil. Remove from heat and add parsley, pepper, salt, clams with juice and lemon juice. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through. Pour over hot pasta and toss. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Pasta, Clams.
