- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- celery seed - 1 item
- tomatoes, quartered - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- celery - 1 item
- Good Seasons Italian dressing - 2 pkg
- box linguine - 1 lb
- cauliflower or broccoli - 1 item
- McCormick salad topping - 1 Tbsp
- Vegetables: carrots, sliced thin
How to make linguine salad:
Vegetables: carrots, sliced thin1/2 onion, diced green pepper, diced celery cauliflower or broccoli tomatoes, quartered celery seed salt and pepper Cook linguine as directed on package. Drain and cool. Add fresh vegetables, celery seed, salt and pepper to taste. Prepare 2 packages of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix, using directions on package. Add 1 tablespoon of McCormick salad topping to the dressing.When you mix the cool linguine, veggies and dressing, put in a large bowl and top with grated Swiss or American cheese. Put in fridge 3 hours and then serve.
