- 8 ounce container soft-style light cream cheese - 1 item
- cup marshmallow crme - 1 item
How to make light cream cheese frosting:
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, marshmallow crme, lemon juice and vanilla until well combined. Then gradually beat in the powdered sugar. Marshmallow crme replaces the butter in this super-easy frosting. To keep things neat and simplify cleanup, coat the measuring cup with no-stick spray before measuring the marshmallow crme.
