- Cool Whip
- cold milk - 1/2 c
- pumpkin spice - 1 tsp
- vanilla pudding mix - 1 pkg
- can pumpkin - 1 item
- graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
How to make light and creamy pumpkin pie:
Mix pumpkin, milk, pudding and pumpkin spice in small mixing bowl on low speed for 1 minute. Fold in 2 1/2 cups of Cool Whip. Spoon into pie shell. Freeze until firm, about 3 to 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip and serve. Great for holidays.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
