Double layer pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Cool Whip
- cold milk - 1 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
How to make double layer pumpkin pie:
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in a large bowl with wire whisk until smooth; stir in gently the whipped topping and spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into a bowl. Add pudding. Beat 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices until well blended. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping.
