  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Cool Whip
  • cold milk - 1 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item

How to make double layer pumpkin pie:

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in a large bowl with wire whisk until smooth; stir in gently the whipped topping and spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into a bowl. Add pudding. Beat 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices until well blended. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with whipped topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
