Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 3/4 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• peeled, diced apples - 4 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Put apples into large mixing bowl. Break eggs over this. Add oil, sugar, spices, salt and vanilla. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
