Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- tomato juice - 1 c
- green onions - 1/4 c
- parsley, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- cooked lentils - 2 c
- chopped cooked carrots - 1/4 c
- lentil juice the water that lentils are cooked in - 2 c
How to make lentil soup:
