Lentil patties
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- chopped bell pepper - 1/3 c
- mashed potatoes
- coarsely chopped nuts - 1/3 c
- cooked lentils, drained well and mashed
How to make lentil patties:
Saute onion and bell pepper in oil, but do not brown. Add remaining ingredients and mix together well. Form into small round cakes. Brush top lightly with oil. Brown in 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve plain or with gravy. Serves 5 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beans, Lentil.
