  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • food coloring - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • strawberries - 2 qt
  • 7-Up - 10 oz
  • jello strawberry - 3 Tbsp

How to make strawberry pizza:

Crust: Mix well margarine, flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread on baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool.

For first layer, mix well the cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup of sugar; spread over crust. Spread sliced strawberries over first layer.

Mix 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, jello, 7-Up and food coloring over heat. When it starts to thicken spread over fruit. May substitute other fruits and jellos.
