  • sugar - 1 gal
  • eggs - 32 item
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 1 gal
  • butter - 4 lb
  • lemon juice - 2 c
  • plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp

How to make lemon squares:

Mix all first 3 ingredients with fork and press in bottom of baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Mix by hand (last 5 ingredients). Mix well and pour over baked crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until light brown. Yield: 100 servings.
