  • box lemon cake mix with pudding - 1 item
  • Press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish

How to make lemon squares:

Mix cake mix, butter and egg. Press into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.Topping:1 box powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 tsp. lemon extract3 eggs Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut in squares while warm. Makes 36 small squares.
