Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- water - 3 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- unsalted butter room temperature - 1/2 lb
How to make pecan cookies:
Cream butter and sugar well. Add water and vanilla. Mix into flour. Add pecans. Make small drops (approximately 1 teaspoon) of batter on cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 25 minutes. Cool before removing from sheet.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Fruit.
