Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/4 c
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- Duncan Hines cake mix lemon or chocolate - 1 pkg
- lemon or chocolate instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon pound cake:
In a large bowl, blend all ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes in a 350° oven. Cool 20 to 25 minutes before inverting on plate. This makes a very moist cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Weeknight.
