- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- margarine - 1 c
- pecans
- small jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- box sifted powdered sugar - 1 item
- Add sugar, egg, vanilla, flour and pecans
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Melt margarine and cocoa in large saucepan. Add sugar, egg, vanilla, flour and pecans. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan (15 x 10 1/2 x 1/2-inch). Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream on top of warm cake.Icing:1/2 stick margarine1/3 c. cocoa1 box sifted powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/3 c. milk Melt margarine and cocoa in large saucepan.
