Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- pecans
- condensed milk - 1/2 c
- caramels - 14 oz
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make turtle cake:
Mix first 3 ingredients with beater. Press half of cake batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 350°. Melt caramels in milk. Spread over cake. Then sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. Top with remaining half of cake batter. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Southern u.s..
