- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1 c
- Crisco oil - 1/3 c
- Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix - 1 pkg
- 4 serving size lemon instant pudding - 1 pkg
- Duncan Hines frosting - 1/2 c
How to make lemon pound cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely.Glaze: Heat frosting in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until thin, or can heat in microwave oven. Drizzle over cake.
