- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- apricot gelatin - 1 pkg
- milk or lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make apricot cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk or lemon juice Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Blend all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool for 25 minutes, then invert onto serving plate.Mix glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over cake.
Note: This is delicious, light and very pretty cake.
