Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- butter, softened - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- whipped topping, thawed - 1 c
- instant lemon pudding
- cold milk - 6 c
How to make lemon lush:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 c. whipped topping, thawed Topping:4 pkg. instant lemon pudding6 c. cold milk Mix together pie crust ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.Combine filling ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Spread over cooled crust.
Mix together pudding and milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer, allowing to set. Spread 1 1/2 cups whipped topping on top. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped pecans.
