  • flour - 2 c
  • butter, softened - 1 c
  • powdered sugar
  • cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
  • whipped topping, thawed - 1 c
  • instant lemon pudding
  • cold milk - 6 c

How to make lemon lush:

Filling:1 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 c. whipped topping, thawed Topping:4 pkg. instant lemon pudding6 c. cold milk Mix together pie crust ingredients. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Combine filling ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Spread over cooled crust.

Mix together pudding and milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese layer, allowing to set. Spread 1 1/2 cups whipped topping on top. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped pecans.
