- eggs - 5 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
How to make cream puffs:
Melt butter in 1 cup boiling water. Add salt and flour all at one time. Stir vigorously until mixture forms ball. Add eggs one at a time, beating well until smooth. Do this until all eggs are beaten in. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Reduce to 350° for 20 more minutes. Cool.
