Ingredients/Components
- flour
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- milk - 3 c
- lemon instant pudding
- container Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make lemon lush:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour, margarine and nuts. Press into a 10 x 7-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes. Set aside and let cool.Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Set aside. Mix pudding with the 3 cups of milk (not 4 cups as stated on package); beat until thick. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake, lemon pudding over cream cheese, then top with the rest of the Cool Whip.
You may substitute chocolate pudding for the lemon pudding.
