- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
- Pour in tube pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes
