- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 c

- fine dry breadcrumbs - 1/2 c
How to make lemon garlic chicken:
Combine breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley and salt in a large Ziploc bag, shake well. Combine lemon juice and oil; brush both sides of chicken. Place chicken in bag one piece at a time, shaking to coat. Remove chicken from bag and place in a 12 x 12 x 2-inch baking pan, coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes or until done.
