  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream
  • cream cheese, softened - 1 lb
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Topping:1 c. sour cream3 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake ingredients and beat until light, fluffy and lemony in color. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake about 30 minutes. Set out to cool for 25 minutes.

Topping: Combine topping ingredients. Spread over cake. Bake 10 minutes. Chill before serving.
