- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- walnuts - 1 c
- instant lemon pudding - 2 pkg
How to make lemon dessert:
Mix well flour, butter and chopped walnuts. Spread in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and pat firmly. Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Let cool.Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip. Beat until smooth and spread over layer 1. Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat 2 minutes until thick and spread over layer 2. Top with Cool Whip and add chopped walnuts. Refrigerate and serve cold.
