Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- small skinless boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon, thinly sliced - 1 item
- sliced green onions with tops - 2 Tbsp
How to make lemon chicken:
Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted. Cook chicken in butter over medium heat (about 10 minutes). Add wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt. Place lemon slices on chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken; keep warm. Heat wine mixture to boil. Cook 3 minutes or until reduced to about half.
