- cream cheese - 1 (8
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- whipped topping - 12 oz
- fresh lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- graham crackers - 1/2 lb
How to make lemon cheese squares:
Mix first 3 ingredients; let set until thickened, not set. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted oleo. Press 2/3 over bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Blend sugar and cream cheese. Add vanilla and jello. Stir in whipped topping. Spread over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle top with rest of crumbs. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
