- container Cool Whip - 8 oz
- cans lemon pie filling - 2 item
- one step angel food cake - 1 item
How to make lemon cake:
Take the angel food cake and mix with 1 can lemon pie filling. Mix together until blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. When cake is cool, cover with the other can of pie filling. Cover with the Cool Whip. Holds up good. Can be made a day ahead, but then refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
