Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- instant lemon pudding - 1 pkg
- Bake 35 minutes or until top is completely set at 350° in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make lemon cake:
Put all in large bowl and mix. Bake 35 minutes (or until top is completely set) at 350° in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. While cake is baking, mix glaze together.Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. lemon juice2 Tbsp. water2 Tbsp. butter I usually double this for your dad.Place on stove over heat to melt. When cake is done, punch full of holes. Pour mixture over.
